Pick the home you want and your home your way option:
Option 1 – lower price, fast close, in current condition.
Option 2 – move in fully remodeled at market price.
Find your homes value based on market
We will pull your homes market value, less costs to repair, renovate, fees, and our profit, to determine a full and transparent value of your home, crediting the amount to your new home.
Move from the old to your new home
Closing on both homes happens seamlessly the same day, including additional funding or cash to you, allowing you to move the same day from your old home to your new home.
